An organisation founded in Warsaw in 2007.  The PCA is an organisation which associates Coaches, people interested in coaching or planning to become coaches.  It is an interesting alternative to the Coaching Chamber for people who do not have a registered company.

The PCA’s Goals are to popularise the idea of professional coaching in Poland and to integrate the coaching Environment .  The organisation organises activities that bring together coaches and representatives of various environments and methodologies from the coaching community.  It also offers practicing coaches the possibility to improve their skills.
