Goal – formulating a goal
Reality – studying reality, The present state. How it is now.
Options – checking available options The client has in his present state by generating as many ideas as possible while keeping at bay censure of the rational mind.
Will – a description of planned activities. What and when The client plans to do. Its worth to create additionally some action plan.
