ICC Poland is an affiliate of the International Coaching Community.  ICC joins together only certified coaches and is the largest membership-based organisation  for coaches.  As for now, there are approximately 1000 members registered in Poland.

ICC Poland is not a formal organisation and as such does not have a Board or a formal framework. The ICC concentrates its activities in each country on creating coaching communities, providing training, organizing events and conducting various forms of educational activities. Formally, the activities of ICC in Poland are based on contracts individually signed with each of the three coaches.

ICC was the first coaching school in Poland which offeres an international certificate.  The first training took place in 2002 in Lublin.
