An organisation which has been established to represent the Coaching community in Poland.  It associates coaches representing different methodologies of work as well as member organisations present in Poland.  Independent and neutral, it is the only Coaching Chamber in the world.

From the time of its establishment, that is since September 16^th, 2009 it has been working to change legislative conditions to allow the creation of the profession of a coach.  Plans are to achieve this aim in 2012.  This is the first initiative of this kind in the world and a strategic goal of the Coaching Chamber.  Other activities of the Chamber concentrate on popularising and propagating the idea of coaching in Poland and promoting coaching as an effective tool of achieving change and planned results.

The Chamber has created an ethical code of conduct and works on the creation of clear rules of accreditation of coaches and coaching schools, whose number systematically increases.

Additionally, the Chamber organises various workshops, seminars and conferences.  It also enables its members to meet with partners both in Poland and abroad.  Other activities include consulting, preparing expert’s reports, marketing studies and publishing (a quarterly magazine dedicated to coaching).
