A Coach freelancer is a person who provides Coaching to organisations and private people.  In most cases he is self-employed.  Currently, there are just a few coaches in Poland who are able to make a living only from coaching (although this situation is changing dynamically).  Most often, coaches also work as business trainers, consultants and managers.

A freelancer either seeks clients on his own or co-operates with another company who acts as a coaching-service provider.  Right now, freelancing is the preferred form of work for coaches.  Some coaching companies grow with time from self-employment to hiring a few other people and also widen the scope of their activities.

Such a form of market activity results from pragmatism. A diversification of services ensures a continuous flow of co Missions, not only from one source, i.e. from coaching.
