Subject of the session
At the beginning of the Coaching process, the Coach should help the Coachee specify what exactly are the results which he wants to obtain at the end of the whole process or session. In order for the outcome to be called a coaching goal, it should meet certain precisely defined Criteria. A subject , however, refers to a more general and less precise outcome of working with a coach. It is rather an outline of a certain area than a specific goal. When a client says: “I would like to deal with communication in an organisation”, then this is too general a statement to begin The coaching process . The next step is to determine the precise goal for the session by asking The client some additional questions.
