Structures

A tool used in Coaching which is based on a simplified conditioning mechanism.  The structure allows the Coachee to remember or strengthen his state or to remind him of the obligations he has made to himself.  The mechanism of structures is based on using an object chosen by The client in order to achieve a resourceful state or to recall his obligations.

It is the Coach who proposes the usage of structures, whereas The client chooses the object.  It is important though, that the client does not associate the object with anything know to him, and, on the other hand, that it serves its purpose, that is acts as a reminder of what the clients needs it to.
