ICF Poland is one of the subsidiaries of the International Coach Federation (ICF), a global organisation which associates Coaches, supporters but also people who are interested in coaching but not involved with it on a daily basis.  Established in 1995, today the ICF gathers approximately 18 000 members from over 100 countries.  It is a non-profit organisation.

In each of the member countries the ICF has its local authorities. The ICF’s formal structure consists of a President, Board of Directors, an Independent Review Board and Program Board.
