This is a group of Values , which despite being considered as very important from the declarative level – are not being realised.  For various reasons, these Values are being presented as having key importance, whilst some other, completely different values are actually being realised.  Such a situation may take place both in the case of individual people as well as whole organisations.

Reasons for which somebody may (only) be speaking about a certain group of values, may be: that thanks to this such a person is positively perceived by its Environment , conformism or unconscious actions (when The client is not aware that he is not realising certain values).
