The Coaches Training Institute is an organisation founded in 1992 in California, the US.  This large and popular company conducts training and offers coaching directed to organisations. CTI bases its work on Co-Active coaching and has subsidiaries in several countries all over the world.  CTI was the first coaching school accredited by the ICF.
