Behaviour

See: Neurological levels

Behaviour is a key element in the Coaching process in the context of setting Goals and defining the Criteria of their accomplishment as well as registering noticeable change.  Defining change in the context of described behavior is extremely useful as it is a visible aspect of human activity – it can be objective in the context of undergoing change.  Behaviour is often considered in the context of neurological levels.  It describes what may be observed and what is visible in the functioning of man.  Behaviour can be Metaphorically described as something that is registered by the eye of the camera.  For example: a raised hand, a step, a smile, etc.

When asking about behaviour we ask:  What?
