An end goal

According to J.Whitmore and end goal is a final goal which is set as possible to achieve in the long distance.  This is a type of outcome that is characterized as being out of the Coachee’s total control, as something on which they do not have full influence, for example being promoted for a particular function, winning the master title of a region, etc.  End Goals may be difficult to achieve due to the Environment ’s large influence.  The client should set himself smaller tasks in order to achieve his end Goals.

The main purpose of an end goal is giving The client motivation.  Although the cochee doesn’t have total control over the process of achieving it, an end goal serves as an inspirational element.  Visualising the final effect works a lot better than just putting effort every day to accomplish various tasks.
