The client should set himself smaller tasks in order to achieve his end Goals.
The main purpose of an end goal is giving The client motivation. Although the cochee doesn’t have total control over the process of achieving it, an end goal serves as an inspirational element. Visualising the final effect works a lot better than just putting effort every day to accomplish various tasks.
