A performance goal

A performance goal is brining the final goal to a level of The client’s influence (naming by J.Whitmore).  This type of goal is described by an action plan, which The client should perform in order to achieve an intended result in a more distant perspective.  Just as the final goal should boost motivation, the performance goal should describe steps which the client needs to make so that he can get where he wants to.

Examples of performance Goals:

Visitation of 30 sales points per week

Achieving a weight of 75 kg within 3 months

Covering a distance of 1 kilometer within 4,5 minutes
